NBA teams have started planning their trade before as the trade deadline is getting closer. One of the biggest names expected to change teams is Ben Simmons.
The 25-year-old point guard who has not played a single game this season after the Philadelphia 76ers failed to satisfy his request and trade him during the offseason.
The New York Knicks surfaced as one of the teams interested in acquiring Simmons. According to Jake Fischer of Bleacher Report, so far there have been only internal conversations within the Knicks organization and there have been no talks with the Sixers.
Fischer also reports that for the agreement be reached a third team should participate in order for the Philadelphia’s lofty asking price to be met.
