Brooklyn Nets superstar Kevin Durant is expected to make his return vs. the New Orleans Pelicans on Thursday night. Durant missed 23 games with a hamstring strain.

Durant has only played 19 games this season, as he has been out since Feb. 13. The Nets were pretty cautious with their star as he worked his way back.

The Washington native averaged 29.0 points, 7.3 rebounds, and 5.3 assists per game through his first 19 games with the Nets.

Durant missed the whole 2019/2020 season as he was recovering from a ruptured Achilles tendon, an injury he suffered during the 2018 NBA Finals.
