Jae Crowder thanks Miami Heat fans for their support during the playoffs

Jae Crowder certainly took his time. But the forward, who turned out to be a bit of a breakout star for the Miami Heat towards the end of the season, has tweeted his thanks (and apologies) to Heat Nation.

Crowder joined the team from the Memphis Grizzlies in February and emerged as a starter in the playoffs, where his sharpshooting from three helped them to the NBA Finals. The Heat hope to have him back next season but two big men have been named as potential targets should he opt to leave.
